Have you ever wondered how I make Dreamers Ink? Well, I made a video showing you how it’s done. This assumes you know how to build sets, take pictures, and process them aka: resizing. This is the assembly process of comicking. I recreate the following comic using the most recent techniques I’ve come up with. To make the 15 panel comics follow the same way, just 15 instead of three. I didn’t make an exact copy of this comic. They were made nearly a year apart. Enjoy.

Wow, nicely put together, Siabur! I was expecting more about set building and photography, so this was a pleasant surprise. As a Windows/Photoshop user, it’s cool to see a different way of putting together the strip.
Thanks. It’s about speed of assembly. If it takes too much time, I tend to loose interest in making them. Some of my first comics took an hour to do all the words and bubbles. Down to a few minutes is better. Especially when making them in volume.
This is really great. You should stick it on the BCN blog – I might need to install a video embedding plugin first, so it can be played like a YouTube video.
On investigation – it seems you can use podPress plugin to embed videos (inc. MOV format) too!
