Strip #28 Updated On 11-10-2008
For more on this strip see, yesterdays. Okay, what’s Bob’s purpose, and why doesn’t Stephanie just fire him???

Say hello to Sandy. She is wearing the same hair as Tyler a few strips back. I was experimenting with coloring the hair, it didn’t work out quite the way I wanted it to. So, I left it as is and would digitally fix it. Didn’t work out good either, so it stays.

Mutha Smurfer! I was watching Robot Chicken when they did some Smurf skits. It stuck. The dreaded shake machine. Now were you paying attention before?

Strip #31 Updated On 11-13-2008
The shake machine was made long before I discovered “BrickLink” a place where you can buy Lego pieces. Way better than eBay for Lego stuff. I may rebuild it someday to look more like I envision.

Photoshop at it’s simplest. Now think back to strip 15, the light that Mike and Nick were talking aboot was this one. Originally, this Dragon, a megablok one I believe was named Mike. I rearanged the strips when I got the new dragons from Lego, I had to tweek the story. The Burgatory strips were supposed to be the first ones of FFT. Now it all makes sense.

Strip #33 Updated On 11-15-2008
A rewrite of the third panel let’s you know how Bob knew Nick while castle raiding on there cruise. Also you can see how better the pics are when a “daylight” bulb is used in the lights. I broke mine when I did a bunch, and they have a yellow tint to them. All better now.

Strip #34 Updated On 11-16-2008
I found it to be kinda hard to shoot this second panel. Reggie is big enough that trying to get him to fit in the frame and not show the exterior where the roof would be wasn’t easy. Still a bit of SNOT showing on the right side. But it’s all blue. And, most servers really think what Sandy is saying.

Strip #35 Updated On 11-17-2008
Yes, nefarious villans have entered the building. What evil will be done? And a nice view of the exterior of Burgatory.

Strip #36 Updated On 11-18-2008
Yup, the bat boat thing from the batcave set. It was a deal so I bought it. The original joke at the end was redone, I just couldn’t bring my self to comment on Batman’s or any superhero’s need for a teenage boy as a side kick...

Okay, the food isn’t all Lego. I don’t have much. I found some dollhouse food items on discount at the local hobby store. It works. I don’t know aboot all of you, but I really don’t like clowns.

Strip #38 Updated On 11-20-2008
The torch, the temple set. The whip, from many of my Indiana Jones’ I have. And this is what lies behind the door. Oooooo, scary.

Strip #39 Updated On 11-29-2008
This was the largest set I’ve ever built from parts. I wanted to use it for something before the need for space required it’s disassembly. The Mech is from the Exo-Force base. I’m only missing four sets from the entire line.

Strip #40 Updated On 11-22-2008
The door way is from another Indy set. The forest set with the big tree cutter thing. Boy the Lego community will be on me for not knowing or taking the time to look up set numbers. Oh well!

153rd - How Big Is Your Ego? No.41 to No.59

Strip #41 Updated On 11-23-2008
Back to the 153rd and their super secret mission. Not to mention, better lighting. It was also made after I got my most recent Bricklink order of hair. So more characters will be coming.
